The ADF Cadets Department leads Australia’s national youth development program across the Navy, Army, and Air Force Cadets. It provides young Australians with leadership training, life skills, community engagement, and pathways into Defence and national service.
ADF Cadets is one of Australia’s largest youth development organisations, delivering structured training, adventure activities, and character‑building experiences that reflect Defence values.

The ADF Cadets Department exists to:
